Chipotle Chicken

Ingredients
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
• Black pepper, to taste
• 1 tablespoon chipotle paste
• 1 cup prepared mild salsa
• 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
• 1 can of sweet corn
Instructions
1) Combine salt, cumin, pepper, chipotle, and salsa in a bowl.
2) Place chicken in the instant pot and pour mix over chicken and mix.
3) Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.
4) While instant pot is cooking, cook the corn.
5) When instant pot is done remove the chicken and shred it putting it back in the pot.
6) Add the corn and mix.
